John has over 12 years experience in finance and mortgage lending. Employed as a finance consultant for three years, he then went into partnership with a fellow consultant establishing J & J Financial Solutions Pty Ltd, a mortgage broker and debt reduction company. After two years as a partner, John started up two companies, Finance Planner Australia and Dreamstreet Home Loans, where he has played a critical role in initiating and implementing ideas for commercial expansion and consolidation.
John deals directly with prospective clients helping them to structure their new mortgage facilities for maximum effect.
Poppy has enjoyed over 20 years of frontline customer service support, six of these in the finance and mortgage industry.
Poppy is adept at building strong rapport with her clients. She supports clients for the life of their loan, from pre-approval to post settlement and beyond.
Gabe has 24 years banking and finance experience.
Gabe’s focus is mortgage lending in residential and commercial areas, credit assessment and back-office operations.
Mary has 21 years experience in private enterprise including import/export building, glass transportation, flower retail and Australian native flower export. Mary’s 11 years in the construction industry included projects on design, finance and construction of private residential properties and small to medium commercial projects; managing rental properties (private and commercial) and as Senior Sales Manager at the Becton Group.
Mary is highly skilled in client relations, business development and project management.
