The Lifestyle Achievement Program is a structured service and support program that helps our customers to achieve the financial freedom they have only dreamed about. The days of dealing directly with your bank manager are long gone, however through our Lifestyle Achievement Program we aim to offer the old-fashioned style of customer service that many of us miss.

The Lifestyle Achievement Program will assist you to gain the maximum benefit from your loan facility and to establish a spending plan (and to stick to it). Should your circumstances change and your loan needs to be reviewed, our regular contact allows us to support and advise you as and when the need arises.

So how does it work?

After the settlement of your loan, one of our customer service consultants will work closely with you to activate your loan features (such as internet banking, ATM cards, telephone banking), define your financial goals and to develop, commit and comply to a spending plan.

Our consultants will schedule regular appointments with you, particularly for the first six months, to assist with your spending plan and to answer any questions. And if you need help between your visits, you’re welcome to call our friendly customer service team. We guarantee that during business hours, you will always get to speak to a person, not a machine!
